Irritated

As much as I learn to be mindful, I easily get irritated when they appear I easily triggered for things they do. Be it good or bad The thing is : this sensitivity has gone too far, And this feeling is familiar I have been there  As long as I remember, It takes a while I tried my best to cope, shield, detach I tried, while crying, collecting pieces of my heart I tried my best to unlearn, rewrite, revival.. And I will do it all over again.  And this time I am not alone I have You And faith in me  I am welcoming 2025 with all my scars and also my love Time will heals me.
